Her program is designed for Boomers and healthy older adults who are interested in brain health and who want to keep their memory sharp for as long as possible. This fun, informative and interactive program focuses on how our memory works, normal age-related changes vs serious memory problems, and tricks and techniques to stimulate and challenge the brain. Our Speaker July 8, was Lindsey Gregg, of Home Instead Senior Care, spoke to us about non-medical home care assistance. Home Instead CAREGivers assist older adults with everyday tasks to allow them to live at home independently.

It's a $2 biillion contract over the life of the airplanes.
